Mark Harrison of the Cornell Daily Sun added his name to those commenting on the kiss between Madonna and Britney Spears and Madonna and Christina Aguilera at last week’s MTV Video Music Awards. Harrison writes, “Witnessing Madonna, Britney and Christina — whom I will henceforth refer to as Mabritguilera — playing tongue-tag was like watching any one of the three make out with herself. It was like a dream that had come too true, and it made me realize that most American sex symbols are basically interchangeable parts of similar fantasies.”
