Billy Masters of Filth2go.com reports that because Ben Affleck and fiance Jennifer Lopez plan to extensively renovate their new plantation in Savannah, Georgia, they plan to temporarily reside at J.Lo’s Miami Beach house. Conveniently, Ben’s best pal Matt Damon recently leased out a house a few blocks away for $30,000 a month.
