Were Lindsay’s Missing Bag & Harry’s Ring Publicity Stunts?

Janet Charlton’s Hollywood is alleging that Lindsay Lohan intentionally fabricated her claim of losing $1 million worth of jewelry at London’s Heathrow Airport in a publicity stunt and that “every time she leaves the house she alerts photogs”. Charlton added that Lohan’s boyfriend Harry Morton waited outside Cartier for photographers to arrive before he shopping for an engagement ring.
