Westlife Cancel Show To Watch Ireland World Cup Game

Westlife have pulled out of the Iru-Bru Live and Loud concert in Bellahouston Park, Glasgow, on Sunday so that they can remain in Ireland to watch Ireland’s World Cup match against Spain. “Sorry we’re not playing Live and Loud,” Bryan McFadden explained. “But we want to be at home when Ireland play in the World Cup. We’re sorry for the fans. See you the next time.” A spokesman for the event says it will speak to the record company to put pressure on the band to change its decision and play the show.
