Simon Cowell says Westlife can forget earning chart-topping hits with more upbeat songs like ‘Hey Whatever’, and must do more songs like ‘Flying Without Wings’. One band insider told the Daily Star, “Westlife are determined to move away from being ballad merchants but they’re desperate for a No.1 and this is their best option.” The group will return to ballads next month with ‘Mandy’.
