Westlife Star Shares Thoughts About War On Terror

Following George Michael’s move to become political in his new video for ‘Shoot The Dog’, Dominic Mohan talked with Westlife star Nicky Byrne for his political opinions. On whether he thinks the war on terrorism working, Nicky said, “Um, you never really find out the real details of what’s going on, do you? You don’t know if it’s working or not. I don’t think killing everybody is gonna win anything but after September 11, America had to show the world they were doing something. Look at Vietnam, did that work? Who won, who lost – it all dies away after a couple of years.”
