The Mirror reports Whitney Houston was due to be presented with the MOBO Lifetime Achievement award at London Arena on October 1, but the singer failed to show up to studio rehearsals for her performance on the night, event organizers have decided to dump her. It is thought either Prince or Stevie Wonder will pick up the award and perform in her place. In response to the article, Radio 1 reports MOBO’s organisers have denied Whitney Houston has pulled from the ceremony saying she was never asked anyway.
