Rosanne Barr Comments On Nick & Jessica Split
November 30, 2005 – Rosanne Barr visited ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ on Tuesday night and was asked whether she was devastated about news Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey had separated. “I didn’t even know who they were. I mean, this is so rude of me, and I don’t mean to hurt anybody’s feelings,” she said. “Well, sort of, I do. Well, she looks like everybody else. So it’s completely irrelevant.” The comic actress added, “I didn’t really follow that. And I know they’re getting divorced, which is always very sad.”

Here’s how it’s going to work: there’s going to be an amicable split, and Nick will get half of her earnings from movies and concerts, and she will get half of his tips from the Olive Garden.”
