Even though she was registered under a fake name at the West Destin Medical Center, The Chicago Sun-Times reports Britney Spears and Kevin Federline just figured they would be “outed” by a hospital staff member, which is why they announced she was pregnant. “There were far too many people in that place who knew it was Britney — and knew she was pregnant,” said a close Spears insider Wednesday.
