Why Jessica Simpson Has Put Partying On Hold

OK! magazine reports that Jessica Simpson’s father Joe is ordering her to put her partying on hold and concentrate on work. Why? The former pastor is worried that if Jessica is out and about dating other men and appearing to have too good of a time, her fans will “think the divorce from her husband means nothing to her,” a family friend revealed. “He doesn’t want the divorce to harm her fan base any more than it may already have. He believes that Jess’ fans want to know she’s hurting.”
