With Britney Spears scheduled to be deposed by ex-husband Kevin Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan next week in their ongoing child custody case, OK! magazine suggests the troubled singer could find herself behind bars if she blows off the court mandated appearance yet another time. “She could go to jail for contempt of court if she refuses to show,” a legal expert said. “That would be extreme for a child custody hearing, but not outside the realm of possibility.” The more likely possibility would be that the 26-year-old would be sanctioned monetarily.
