TMZ has learned that LAPD has completed its investigation into a fight involving Paris Hilton and Shanna Moakler last month at Hyde nightclub in Hollywood. The City Attorney received the case from LAPD on Tuesday (November 14) and is now deciding whether to file misdemeanor battery charges against Moakler, who allegedly smacked the heiress in the jaw, and Stavros Niarchos, who allegedly pushed the ‘Dancing With The Stars’ contestant down a flight of stairs.
