Is the party for Paris Hilton finally over, or will she cash in even more, especially in Las Vegas, one of her favorite party stops? The questions got a mixed response from a half-dozen insiders quizzed by Norm Clarke of The Las Vegas Review Journal, ranging from local public relations experts to a major nightclub operator and a veteran celebrity reporter.
