The New York Daily News hears that Wilmer Valderrama appears to be rebounding from his ended relationship with Lindsay Lohan after spending the weekend in Los Angeles with ex-girlfriend Mandy Moore. “I don’t know if she knows that Wilmer has been hanging out with Mandy,” a source revealed. “If she did, she would lose it.
