January 9, 2005 – The New York Daily News reports Judge Rodney Melville will decide this week whether the boy Michael Jackson paid $20 million to in response to a molestation allegation in 1993 can testify in the pop star’s upcoming trial on new kiddie sex charges – possibly giving prosecutors the critical edge they need to convict Jackson. “If the judge lets this in, he’ll be doing the prosecution a huge favor.
