Writer Has Chance Meeting With Jessica Simpson At Wal-Mart

Tabby Soignier of the LSU Reveille ran into Jessica Simpson in Baton Rouge at a local Wal-Mart. Simpson was with her buddy/personal assistant Casey, and wasn’t keen on doing an interview since she was just shopping. Simpson told Soignier: “Oh, well I’m really busy buying stuff for the house here.” Asked if she was moving to the area, Jessica responded, “Yeah, to shoot the ‘Dukes of Hazard’.” After that, Casey nixed any further questions.
