Writing Is A Very Introverted Time For Heather Nova

April Labine of Chart Attack spoke with Heather Nova about her mindset when writing songs. The singer confided, “Writing is a very introverted time. I’m very reclusive when I write. I go somewhere, unplug the phone and sit by myself.” She’s anything but introverted now though with her hectic North American promo tour, “And let me tell you, it’s just killing me,” Nova admits with a laugh. “It’s just the traveling every day.
