‘Access Hollywood’ was on hand for Miley Cyrus’ Sweet 16 birthday party at Disneyland, where the ‘Hannah Montana’ star’s dad talked about her rumored boyfriend Justin Gaston. “He actually reminds me a lot of myself when I was 20 years old and I was living and searching for the dream,” Billy Ray told ‘Access’. Asked about what kind of man Justin is, Billy Ray responded, “He’s got a great heart and soul, and a lot of determination. I think that’s the true measure of a man, is when you measure his heart.”

As for what Miley was hoping for when her birthday actually does roll around on November 23rd, she responded, “I want a Mercedes, but I don’t know how much that’s gonna happen.”
