After The Collapse: Tour Goes On; So Will Lawsuits

Neal Buccino of the Press of Atlantic City profiled the lawsuits that will likely result after the mishap that kept star and from taking the Boardwalk Hall stage last Saturday when equipment collapsed. Steven Rosenfeld, a New York City lawyer who deals with entertainment insurance issues, said it’s impossible at this point to know who will be sued – and who will be found liable, but says it’s important to note that it is not the entities themselves who are likely to sue.
