Backstreet Boys fans around the world are ecstatic because they got a huge surprise today. We all knew that AJ McLean was taping an episode of the Oprah Winfrey show today in Chicago. The subject was on drug addiction and recovery, or so we thought. For the past month, the Oprah people have been reading through fan mail and picking the most die-hard BSB fans to be in the audience the day AJ was there. So during the taping today, all the fans AND AJ got a special surprise… when Brian Littrell, Howie Dorough, Kevin Richardson, and Nick Carter appeared. They surprised not only the fans, but AJ as well. One fan from the Backstreet Boys forum at LiveDaily.com, who was actually at the show today, said that the group made a huge announcement that will make fans extremely happy but she won’t tell because she wants everyone to be surprised. Some fans think that it’s about Kevin’s wife being pregnant; others say it may be about the group album. Nick came there all the way from London (from recording his second solo album) just to be there to support AJ. During the break, one fan noted Nick saying to AJ, “I flew 8 hours from London in coach just to be here with you bro.” This episode of Oprah airs on November 24th/25th. More details will probably emerge before then.

Actually, there was no big announcement. I think the person who said that made it up. because the other people who went say she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. but AJ said Kevin saved his life. and they showed clips of the guys on TRL announcing that AJ was going into rehab. it’s all at BDF.
Awesome, all five of them. That is pretty cool. I hope next year after Nick’s album, they release another as a group. I cannot wait for all the BSB haters to come here and say:”blah blah who cares about BSB, they are old news blah blah blah, they are gay, blah blah blah”. So if you don’t like BSB and you are reading this article, what does that tell us? Just admit it everyone, whether you are still a fan or not, there is a little bit of backstreet pride inside of you. Other wise why would you be reading this right now?

elgato why are you forcing musicman to post these crap I notice that every time there is a news about BSB is coming from you it’s like you are forcing musicman you are desperate hahaha and you are just jealous because Justin won a lot of awards than Nick the cow Justin’s album sold more than Nick and nobody can remember if Nick had an album haha TRUTH HURTS
I’m really excited to see this. its been such a long time since we’ve seen the boys together, but they were taking a well-deserved break and I’m happy for them. I wonder why that girl made that “surprise” up?
Please oh please oh please oh please!!!!! let this be true…it’s been so long since we’ve seen all the Boys together and we need them to come back, all this crap music that’s out now needs to be taken away…we need real musicians doing music…not unnecessary publicity and new images….just MUSIC!
OMG…..I’m totally freakin’ over here….. WHAT IS GOING ON? I’m so excited, and that day is definitely on my calendar….I am NOT going to miss this one! God, and you are so right…we need some REAL music by REAL musicians instead of spotlight driven, media hogging, publicity stunt whores…. GOD I’m so excited!
