Roger Friedman of FoxNews.com has details on Michael Jackson’s charity single for the Hurricane Katrina victims called ‘From the Bottom of My Heart.’ He writes, “The song will be issued on a record label called 2 Seas, owned by Bahraini Crown Prince Sheikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. September 7, 2005 – David Letterman joked during his Late Show monologue on Tuesday night, “Michael Jackson is going to get a complete makeover. He wants to look more macho and less creepy. Another job too big for FEMA. … Michael is serious about this makeover. September 6, 2005 – The New York Post reports that Michael C. Luckman, author of ‘Alien Rock: The Rock ‘n’ Roll Connection’, is claiming Michael Jackson has been undergoing a makeover in Bahrain to become more macho. The King of Pop has been lifting weights with a trainer and plans to wear shorter wigs, less make-up, and generally try to look like less of a freak. The payoff for the new look could be a long-term deal to perform regularly at a Las Vegas casino/hotel.
