Barbara Kiss is out with the music video to her new single ‘Catch Me’, featured on the upcoming all-female ‘She Got Next 2011’ compilation on Block Starz Music. The daughter of a professional soccer player, Barbara traveled extensively as a child, briefly living in Spain and Finland, before settling in Budapest, Hungary.
A professionally-trained singer, dancer, and pianist, the 22-year old recorded ‘Catch Me’ in Los Angeles after being introduced to producer Marcus Nand by close friend and Rod Stewart saxophone player, Katja. “We met and Marcus told me if he had anything he’d call me,” says Barbara. “A couple days later he sent me an e-mail asking if I was interested in recording a song for a possible commercial. I got the song, rehearsed it for a few days, then went over to the studio and recorded it in 5-6 hours. We had a blast and I cannot wait to work with Marcus again.”
