Britney & Enrique Had Same Producer On Duped Track

The New York Post spoke with Britney Spears’ rep on the controversy surrounding her new song ‘My Love Was Always There’ that seems to be duped from Enrique Iglesias’ ‘Escape’ cut titled ‘Maybe’. It appears that the producer may be to blame though. “I have not heard Britney’s song, so I have no comment,” said Lisa Kateler. “The songs have the same feel, but they are not the same song. Both Britney and Enrique worked with the same producer, Steve Morales.”
