Womanzine, a UK magazine has reported that Britney Spears is finally ready to pay back all of her fans from Mexico. Spears says that if you went to the show and had to leave early, you will be paid back. You will get the choice of either a full refund of however much your ticket was or you will get 2 tickets to one of her upcoming concerts in whatever city you like.
