Britney Spears will be appearing on ‘Good Morning America’ Tuesday Morning, December 2nd, where the singer will be celebrating with a huge birthday concert on ABC’s morning show. A commercial promoting the ‘GMA’ appearance has Britney telling viewers, “It will be the biggest birthday bash ever to hit morning TV.”
