Britney Spears Wants Scientology Marriage With Adnan Ghalib

The Daily Star Sunday reports that Britney Spears wants to marry her paparazzo boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, but the 26-year-old doesn’t want to convert to Islam as News of the World suggested. Instead, the troubled pop tart is demanding a Scientology ceremony. “She’s been told it would be an act of insanity to marry this man,” a source told the British tabloid. “She says she’s doing it and she doesn’t give a fu** what anyone thinks. Britney has been in this position before but she can’t seem to stop herself. It’s amazing that after two failed marriages she’s about to go through it again.”

With Britney rejecting an offer of help from television psychiatrist Dr. Phil McGraw, a move towards the religion whose followers believe we are descended from the essences of space aliens exterminated by the dictator of the Galactic Confederacy Xenu 75 million years ago, and which despises the entire science of psychiatry, it could be a logical fit. “She’s not a member but is getting interested in the whole thing,” the source added. “In a way, her friends are hoping she does get involved because religion could sort her out.”
