Calls To DCFS Pour In Complaining About Britney Spears

TMZ has learned that the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) has received numerous calls complaining about mother of two Britney Spears. No doubt the concern was sparked by video of the pop starlet shaving her head, a rehab visit and general bizarre behavior. No word if DCFS will take any action. Read more.
