Corey Feldman Explains Beef With Michael Jackson
Corey Feldman tells Access Hollywood why his 16 year friendship with Michael Jackson is over. Feldman revealed Jackson denied him a trip out of New York after the September 11 terrorist attacks, “He denied me the opportunity of freedom, which was essentially, you know, revoking my privilege to live at that point. When we were supposed to go on a bus with him home, he pretty much gave the order that it was the family’s bus, and the order was, if Corey’s on the bus, it doesn’t leave New York.” He’s now planning to release an album that includes ‘Megalo Man’, a song about Michael.
Rev Al And Johnnie To Help Jacko Break Sony Deal
June 5, 2002 – The New York Daily News reports Al Sharpton and Johnnie Cochran are due to hold a press conference this morning at the W Court Hotel, where they’ll announce an initiative to protect the rights of singers, rappers and musicians. One artist they’re keying on is Michael Jackson, who is wanting to break ties with Sony Music. One executive said, “They’re trying to put pressure on [Sony Music chief] Tommy Mottola. Michael owes Sony something like $200 million for studio time and promotion. He wants to leave Sony without having to leave the [Jackson-owned] Beatles catalog.”

June 4, 2002 – Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Monday: “Michael Jackson has just had his sixth nose job. Technically, shouldn’t it be called a ‘used to be a nose job’ at this point? Isn’t that just a middle of the face job at this point? Six! Six nose jobs! In fact, you know what he calls all his previous nose jobs – the Jackson Five.”
