what a bitch!!!!! She’s been performing everywhere, and correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t she perform last year? I can’t remember if it was the VMA’s or another awards show.

That’s a shame on both sides… I would love to see her perform ‘Cool’ or her next single ‘Bubble Pop Electric”… but at the same time I agree with you that it is a bit childish.

I’d boycott the vma’s on account that it just totally blows. go Gwen, you seemingly greedy hag. if I was watching I’d be glad there’s one less star I’m annoyed at seeing.

I have heard, this mtv organization is so bias, some press, say, they’re favoring, j-ho for years, which, this thing must stop, completely. come on mtv, be fair to all artists/musicians, do not favor anyone, please. thank you!

won’t she even go to see Joel and Hilary co-present?

I was a No Doubt fan – they and especially Gwen as their lead singer had a bizzare charm. I tolerated Gwen’s attempts at neo-disco as a strange vanity project that added to her image as unpredictable – even if it the results were mixed musically (although “Hollaback Girl” was great in a typically goofy Gwen sort of way.) I began having my doubts when it was announced she would make a second solo album. Now I’m afraid she has pulled a Bono – she has become what she once satirized. R.I.P.

Um, okay. Well the VMA’s are dull as hell nowadays, I wouldn’t blame her for not coming there.

If I have to hear that godforsaken song one more time…ugh. It’s so grating, no wonder why they don’t want her to perform. Even people who liked it at first are sick of it.
