Yes folks you can say no more it is true that the pop diva Hilary Duff has a new boyfriend and yes the rumors are true she is dating Jordan Masterson 17 (bother of ‘That 70’s Show’ Danny Masterson). In Touch reports that the couple met more than a year ago and that romance blossomed after they caught up again underage no-alcohol club in Eninco, California “He’s so nice.
