Ingrid Michaelson Tour Update From Copenhagen

Ingrid Michaelson updated fans from the road while on tour in Denmark on Sunday (September 28). The New York singer songwriter tells readers on her blog at MySpace (@ingridmichaelson):

I am in Copenhagen.
I am far away from anything familiar.
I call a tour bus my home.

And I am happy.

Being out on the road with a group of people that I never knew two weeks ago, and playing solo, and just being so far from family and friends is very hard and scary. At first I was sad and lonesome. But I got used to everything after a few days. And Jason and the band and crew are such kind souls and look after me. So I am not so alone as I thought I would be.

I think it is a good thing to do things that scare you, that push you.
