Magazine that she’d like to work with British R&B star Craig David. “There are tons of people I’d like to work with,” Lopez said. “A lot of times it just turns out to be about schedules and being able to make time for things. I mean, there are people who’d I’d love to work with. I really like Craig David.”

An unnamed local realtor confirmed the report saying the diva had been looking at a large house, listed at $5 million, on top of the hill, and has an interest in another home on Queen Anne’s South Slope. Of course the Miami Herald reported just yesterday that J.Lo had plunked down $9.5 million on a home in Miami Beach.

May 10, 2002 – The Miami Herald reports Jennifer has aid $9.5 million for a bayside mansion on Miami Beach’s star-studded North Bay Road, according to sources. Real estate broker Leigh Alvarez commented, “Jennifer Lopez used to come to the Beach all the time and rent here. I’m sure there’s a lot of people [here] she enjoys spending time with. Plus, she’s a Latina.”
