Justin Timberlake PO’d At Jive
Groovevolt.com reports that *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake is upset with his record label Jive. An employee at the label revealed, “He is fiery mad. He has recorded a track with Ashanti and would like the song to see the light of day but like the duet with Mariah Carey, Jive is having a hard time striking a deal with Universal.”
The entire update, including news on Musiq, Kelly Clarkson, Keith Murray, and Toni Braxton, has since been removed at Groovevolt.com.
Timberlake Hopes To Dumb Down Sports Coverage
June 10, 2003 – Launch.com spoke with *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake on what he’ll be able to offer fans as a special correspondent for Turner Sports, covering NBA events, NASCAR, and professional golf tournaments in the future. “I think it just brings more of a voice that isn’t so technical, or makes people think about stats and stuff,” Timberlake said. “It kind of just brings a little more fun into the commentator field. I think that’s kind of what I have to offer.”
