Lily Allen ‘Really Scared’ About ‘Stuck On The Naughty Step’ LP
Gavin Edwards of RollingStone.com caught up with Lily Allen as the singer finishes up on her sophomore album, which is tentatively titled ‘Stuck on the Naughty Step’. Edwards said after listening to seven demos, the disc sounds more electropop and less ska compared to her ‘Alright, Still’ debut. And Lily is feeling the sophomore jinx pressure. “I’m really scared about what people are going to say,” Allen admits. “I don’t know why. Some people will like it and some won’t. If people hate it, then I’ll just try something else.” Asked what that something else might be, Lily said, “I’d really like to do A&R at a record company. I love going to gigs.”
