James Bond And Madonna Needed Reinventing

October 20, 2002 – Airplay Monitor editor Sean Ross tells USA Today that James Bond and Madonna were destined to make beautiful music together for the ‘Die Another Day’ theme song. “The winning combination here is a still-hot artist and a contemporary song,” Ross says. “In recent years, some of the Bond themes came out more as a genre piece than something that was actually supposed to compete on the charts. Guy Ritchie’s Dad Doubts Madonna Will Have More Kids

October 18, 2002 – WENN reports Guy Ritchie’s father John Ritchie says Madonna’s complications giving birth to son Rocco almost killed her, and doubts the Material Girl will make another attempt at conceiving a child. “I don’t think Madonna and Guy are going to have more children,” he said. “She had a difficult time with Rocco and I personally think it would be unwise for her to try and have more children, as it was such a close thing. I don’t know whether it was her age or whether it was just difficult for her to have more children, but Rocco was born a month early and it was very scary. I would have thought she would have taken that as enough is enough and be thinking she won’t risk it.”
