Meiko Checks In After Cool Christmas & Amazing Trip To Hawaii

Meiko updated fans on her blog at MySpace (@meiko) on Saturday (December 27), talking about her trip to Hawaii and celebrating Christmas with the family back home in Georgia. The singer songwriter tells readers:

So – Sorry I haven’t written so much lately.. I’ve been traveling my ass off and having the best time… Hawaii was amazing! I got to play my 1st show there in Oahu, and the response was overwhelming… I loved it there! The people were soooo coool and soooooo inviting. I wanna go back every couple of months! yeah!!! Special thanks to Phil, Matty, Aubry, 101.9, and Pipeline for having me and giving me an amazing vacation!!!

I left Honolulu and went to Macon, Ga. for my 2nd annual Xmas show…. I got to see sooo many people from back in the day… Even some elementary school teachers showed up, which was awesome!! I got to share the stage with 2 acts that I love and personally picked to do the show with… Sonia Leigh and Red Fish Blu Fish… It was the sh**.
