Michelle Branch was featured during a news clip on MTV’s Total Request Live Tuesday. Michelle talked about being a star-struck fan herself saying, “I just played a show with Ja Rule and I was like, where is he? Hey, Ja. Okay, bye. I was like ‘My gosh!'” As for being confused with Vanessa Carlton, she revealed, “Someone was like ‘You are thee girl who plays piano, right?’ I was like, ‘No.’ Someone else was kinda talking ‘You know what, you are the Britney and she’s the Christina’ and I was like, ‘Oh, no! It’s started!'”
