Oh my lord why? It’s so sad that beautiful young ladies with talent have to feel the need to be highly sexualized in order to sell records. Its probably pressure from the record labels etc, I understand untalented twits like Britney Spears need to be sexual and skanky because without that they will have no career but Michelle, Christina, jewel shouldn’t feel the need to pose in any of these magazines because they are so talented.
Anti-Britney my ass. hypocrite. seems to me that her, Avril and Hilary are all pretty damn desperate to jump onto the sex kitten image.
Why? Why stoop to that level? This is the same crap as with Jewel. Talented performer/singer/guitarist and you both have to show that skin for attention. It’s not necessary.

Didn’t she say that she would never use her body to sell her music? She also said that she was proud to be one of the few female singers to actually keep their clothes on. WHY OH WHY IS SHE DOING THIS?
She said she wanted to do it once… And there is a point in our lives when we all want to experiment with our sexuality and Michelle is not exempt from that. You, too, 13 year old girls on this site, will go through that stage

I say good for her!! She did say stuff like that but this is just a mag cover.She hasn’t changed the way she dresses on stage. Now if she did then that sucks, but at the end its going to happen to give her a boost.
She is such a hypocrite. she said she would never pose for those kind of magazine and she does not want to sell sex. Maybe she acted to be talented so that she could sell records and then go nude.
Yes, I’m very disappointed, and have lost a little respect for Michelle, but, at lest Michelle is talented, she can write on heck of a song, and can play guitar……..that counts for something. And a lot of her fans are upset, but the thing is it’s not like she dresses slutty onstage like Brit or Christina, it’s not like she walks around wearing in shirts that show all……and as long as she doesn’t do anything like that again, I’ll be happy.
