Mindy Smith Visits ‘The Saturday Early Show’

Long Island native Mindy Smith stopped by ‘The Saturday Early Show’ Second Cup Cafe in New York City yesterday morning to sing ‘What Are You Doing For New Years’ from her new seasonal album ‘My Holiday’. Beforehand, she talked a bit about winning praise from critics.

“I kind of go back and forth,” Smith said of the music critics. “When the reviews are bad, I don’t listen to them. When the reviews are good, I’m like, ‘Yeah, thanks.'” She added that the praise “kind of helps” get her name out there.
