Hahah the only way Nick can get an award is from a country who can’t even understand the words to his music! How sad.

  2. elgato says:

misty69, the ignorance in your comment reveals that you know nothing about Mexico. English is a heavily spoken language in Mexico you idiot. You obviously didn’t watch the Latin VMAs. Nick and Howie were both invited because BSB are huge South of the Border. As is Avril, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Celia Cruz. you’ve obviously never been to Mexico.

  3. ash6969 says:

Go Avril! Although the nomination should be in the rock category!

  4. popnicklover says:

Avril’s NOT ROCK! She deserves to be in the pop categories. And congrats to all the nominees, I especially hope that Nick wins though!

  5. Xtina-Dirrty says:

LMAO! The whore, cheap and sex freak slut Spears is nominated? I am sure that the judges won’t choose her as the winner. She should win a Swallowing award. I WANT BRITNEY TO BLEED!

  6. Stallion says:

I’m surprise that Nick Carter got a nomination considering how bad his album flop. I bet the only reason they gave him a nomination is because they knew teenybopper like Elgato and Popnicklover would watch it.

  7. elgato says:

In Mexico, Nick’s album sold quadruple what Justin’s did. So you see stallesbian, in Mexico (and most countries other than the U.S. and the UK), Justin’s album flopped. And that’s why Nick is nominated and he isn’t. Get over it.

  8. Stallion says:

I bet you the five fans who pick up a copy of now or never are going to vote for Nick Carter. If Nick Carter had talent than I would vote for him but I’m going to vote for someone with more talent than Nick Carter. I’m voting for Britney Spears.

  9. Stallion says:

Right Elgato that is why Justin Timberlake album is an international success. Next you’re going to try and tell me that the Backstreet Boys are going to record another album. L.O.L. You are an idiot.

  10. elgato says:

stallesbian calls me an idiot, yet her entire day is spent here on Popdirt reading and replying to MY comments. uhm Justin’s album is less of an international success than Nick’s. who got nominated for MTV Asia and MTV VMA Japan and Lunas del Auditorio and MTV Singapore awards? Nick. all Justin has is English speaking fans. Nick crosses all borders.

  11. grace_04 says:

What kind of award show is this crap?! All the nominees suck, especially all the “Best International Pop Artist” nominees.

  12. elgato says:

grace69 is an idiot. she says that Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nelly Furtado, Celia Cruz, Lenny Kravitz, and Paul McCartney suck. she’s mad that Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson, and B2K weren’t nominated. go figure

  13. HoneyRain says:

talk about whoever else you want but leave Lenny out of it.. and BSB doesn’t suck either.. I’m not a hard core fan of theirs but I do recognize the fact that people STILL rave over their OLD music.. so that tells you that they were making great music from the beginning.
