Nick Lachey & Jessica Simpson ‘Furious’ Over Sex Tape Scandal
An friend of Jessica Simpson’s tells Globe magazine the singer and her husband Nick Lachey of 98 Degrees were “furious” when they learned of a website claiming to have a videotape of the ‘Newlyweds’ stars having sex. “She told me it’s definitely not them and it must be look-alikes,” the friend explained. “When she heard about the tape, she told me she was so embarrassed that she broke down and cried. Jessica called her close family members, including her father – who is a minister – to warn them about the website’s claims before they heard about it on the news. She told me it was the toughest thing she’s every had to do.” The couple’s rep told the tabloid, “It is not them, and lawyers are getting involved. Any such website is entirely bogus.”

This is not the first time that it’s been reported that a alleged sex tape of Nick and Jessica has been popping on the internet. Although it hasn’t surfaced yet, but if I were Nick and Jessica, I’ll be worried BIG TIME! This could be damaging goods on their squeaking image. When you traveling all over the country and stayed at some swanking hotels you don’t know if some security guy have a video security camera taping their sexual romp in the bedroom and then played it back just to jack off about it. Don’t think I’m fan of Nick and Jessica because I’M NOT! However, they’re human beings and it could be a invasion of their privacy here. It’s time to stop it or all of us will be trouble.

As far as your theory that Jessica is losing momentum, when I said check your facts I meant that last week she sold less copies of In This Skin than she did this week, even if she dropped one spot on Billboard. The most important thing essentially is the number of units sold, not the Billboard position.

I hate to break it to you, but FAKE couples don’t last as long as Nick and Jess have, they have withstood the test of time, and people like you trying to see them break up. Sure 739,000 copies is not impressive, but she is no where near over, she’s got a long way to go. Oh, and Jessica is a NO TALENT loser, last I checked she has a very powerful voice, and that was proven on her first single, you know the one that made her a star. So person with brain there you have it, you have much more Jessica to come, she hasn’t gone anywhere yet, and she won’t.
