Phil Spector Blasts Michael Jackson & Others In New Bio
The New York Post reports Phil Spector, on trial for the murder of blond B-movie actress Lara Clarkson, trashes many singing superstars including Michael Jackson in an upcoming biography. Spector called Jacko “the most depressing, heinous thing. Starting out life as a black man and ending up as a white woman. What’s that all about? But the King [of Pop]? April 7, 2007 – Jay Leno joked during his Tonight Show monologue on Friday night, “More than 1,000 Jackson family items are gonna be auctioned off in Las Vegas at the Hard Rock Casino. Dozen of Michael Jackson’s personal memorabilia will be sold, mostly autographed, black and white photos. You know, photos of when he was black, photos of when he was white.”

Jacko’s Rep Says No Tour Set, No Robot Or Vegas Show
April 4, 2007 – Michael Jackson’s spokeswoman Raymone Bain shot down several recent rumors regarding the singer’s tour plans in Las Vegas. “His No. 1 priority is completing his music and until that time he’s not going to be entertaining any thoughts of a tour or a show,” Bain told Nor Clarke. As for that 50 foot robot in his likeness, Bain insisted, “He knows absolutely nothing about that and has never met with anyone to discuss it.”
Michael Jackson’s Demands Too Much For Dame Edna
April 3, 2007 – Neil Sean of Sky News reports Michael met with producers of Dame Edna’s chat show with a plan to appear on the ITV1 program. “He liked the idea, but said he would appear if he was the only guest on the show,” a source explained. “Also, all the questions put forward by Dame Edna would have to be given to him in advance.” Instead, Michael Bolton ended up being the guest.
