‘Australian Idol’ star Shannon Noll recorded a blood-alcohol concentration of .11 – more than twice Australia’s legal .05 limit – when police pulled him over in his home town of Condobolin, central NSW, last weekend. Police caught him during a random breath test at 12:10 AM on December 19th. “Shannon is very upset because he realizes it was such a foolish thing to do,” a spokesperson for the singer said.
