Suit Filed After Youngster’s Death In Fake Britney Appearance

Associated Press reports the family of Susan Santodonato is suing WMRV-FM of Endville, N.Y. and its parent companies for $1.2 billion over a fake Britney Spears appearance that they claim led to the death of their daughter in June 2000. The 11 year old Santodonato died the day after she fell in the station’s parking lot trying to catch a glimpse of the phony Britney. The station’s parent company has not commented on the suit.
