‘The Early Show’ Discusses Miley Cyrus Picture Uproar

People magazine Senior Editor Julie Dam visited ‘The Early Show’ on Monday (April 28) to discuss the media invented controversy related to Miley Cyrus’ images in Vanity Fair magazine taken by famed photographer Leibovitz. “Teenagers are putting far worse pictures on their MySpace and Facebook accounts every day,” Dam told ‘Early Show’ co-anchor Harry Smith. “These pictures are relatively tame.” Dam added, “Her name is out there again, and honestly, she’s apologized. She said she feels bad. Her fans are everything to her. She’s kind of gotten ahead of this. And it’s part of her image that she is clean. And she’s innocent. And she’s sweet.” Watch the segment below the fold.
