Madonna “comeback”? It was nipped in the bud when radio refused to play her song…’, ‘…then the CD flopped.

  2. ScorpionMan says:

Mariah Carey “comeback” was a sham. The desperate whore paid clearchannel to play her’, ‘music….at least her money was well spent

  3. caturce says:

Madonna and Britney are the most famous pop female artists in da whole world, is well known by us that probably Britney and Madonna are not the most famous right now in the US but internationally Britney is way more famous than Madonna and than anybody, just telling ya and yeah shoot me now!

  4. jazzprofounder says:

lol’, ‘I don’t think Britney is that great of an artist but it’s your opinion, express it and don’t bother with what people think. ;)

Don’t Underestimate 3rd World Countries Buying Power…’, ‘For all we know…these so called 3rd world countries now comprise the Biggest Countries with Resources To Overtake America This Century (eg. China-population, Brazil-Amazon, India-population). In these “Big 3rd World Countries” posters of Britney & Madonna are seen everywhere(some of them don’t even know Mariah) So don’t be surprised if Madonna & Britney would be dominate the World Sales in the Coming Years. Ms. Scarey would truly be left behind.

I Challenge You Lambs for a Bet!!’, ‘My Bet/Challenge to all Lambs is this: Madonna’s COADF album will be her “Biggest Selling Studio Album” EVER! & will sell more than 23 Million Copies Worldwide..EOM will not pass the 10 Million Sales Worldwide. If I’m WRONG with THIS PREDICTION…I Shall NOT POST any ANTI-Mariah propaganda here in Popdirt… & If I win….I WIN(no conditions attached for the mere fact that this Madonna vs. Mariah feud will End…is enough for me) OK Lambs…Do You Accept My Challenge?

  6. prodigy82 says:

Eat this…’, ‘It’s not true that COADF topped 39 countries… that’s absolute farce! As you may well know, her company spent so little in promoting her album, but instead put all their money on buying her singles from digital outlets so that she would appear as if she’s “come back”. It still bothers me that Hung up is number at countries that do not ever play this shallow gimmick of a song. I do live on earth and have been monitoring music all over the world, but I never felt Madonna’s claimed “comeback”. People just don’t talk about her, except gay journalists. Sorry, but she isn’t relevant this year… wait till Mariah releases her pop singles “Stay the night” and “Say something”.

funny, and read this…’, ‘I thought Madonna’s 25+ year career is already behind Mariah’s 15-year career, and the last time I checked it, Britney’s compilation didn’t even chart the top 100… and really, the only places where you can hear Madonna and Britney are in MTV and other music channels that like porn music videos. In Madonna’s 25+ year career, she only garnered 17 nominations (but luckily won 5), while Mariah has garnered 31 nominations (2 wins) in only 15 years. That is the amount of times Mariah has been recognized critically by her peers. She is only behind Aretha Franklin with 38 nominations. Watch her beat all those records in the coming years!

Britney Spears and Madonna would never reach Mariah’s achievements…’, ‘Mariah has got more legend awards than Madonna, WHitney, and Celine combined… and to think she’s the youngest!

Flopney is trash and always will be. At least Christina new what she was doing and new when and how to stop. Fatney is trash in real life and in her music and music videos.

  8. ScorpionMan says:

Its not something u can put an end to, Mariah “donated” numerous amounts of $$$ to’, ‘ClearChannel, who own a large majority of US radio stations (republican owned) Then radio stations played her trash in over-drive despite very little requests and not many people actually buying the singles.

  9. fandango says:

I’m no expert, but I think you’ll lose–>’, ‘I think Madonna’s latest will do alright, but not her biggest. After March, sales will drop, and I don’t see her staying on the charts much. I think Mariah has been hugely successful coming back, and Madonna will not do as well.

interesting…’, ‘who was it that was involved in that lawsuit and had to pay huge penalties? I’m not questioning your logic (which you usually demonstrate quite well), but how can Mariah get away w/ that? Did she donate to the Rep party?
