Title Of The New Britney Spears Album

Contributed by britney4ever:

Worldofbritney.com reports that on in Australia’s Channel V, they mentioned new album will be most likely hip-hop based with both Timbaland and Missy Elliot’s protege Tweet signed on as producers, but the real big news was that they mentioned the title. Now they said it very sure of what they were talking about, and they are a very reliable source so its highly likely that the new album will be called, according to them, ‘More Than You Know’.

That sounds like a great title for Britney. Can’t wait!

I love the title, and I agree that sounds great for Brit, but its not confirmed, I hope it will be soon!

“More Than You Know” was also the title of the 1988 Top 10 hit by Martika. I hope the title track is a remake of that song: “I love you more than you know…This feeling’s so strong inside…I won’t let you go…”

i don’t really like that title.. I would like something a bit more hot and sleek sounding.. but I guess that’s not what she’s going for. anyway.. I’m really interested in hearing her new album and sound (since she’s chosen to step aboard the hip hop boat like all the others)

I like the title but I have an overwhelming feeling that I wont like the album all that much. Britney is not hip-hop…shes pop, but maybe Timbaland made some good pop beats for her…I hope so Plus-TWEET ROCKS!! Her voice is so beautiful-its very rich and smooth, she has such a great first album!!

The title sounds cool, but I am not all excited about Britney trying to add a hip-hop based theme to it. It seems like the more she adds a rock or hip-hop feel to her songs, the more her voice is hidden behind the up-tempo beats and rhythm of the song, which once again doesn’t convince me that she’s a great singer at all. But I give her credit for at least trying to evolve herself from that bubble gum pop image. I wouldn’t say that she’s “growing up” or “maturing” with each record and image she portrays in it, that takes years of time and intense effort, but she’s on her way of doing great unexpected things that fans will enjoy.

‘…”You think you know, but you have NO idea…” The title reminds me of Diary!! I’m sure the CD is going to be totally dope!! I can’t wait! I know lots of people, including myself, are skeptical about the whole ‘hip~hop’ aspect of the record.. But how I see it is, ‘Slave4U’ & ‘Boys’ were done by the Neptunes & they had awesome hip~hop beats.. so maybe the CD will have those kind~of ‘hip-hop’ undertones to it!! But then again, I heard that Britney is ‘rapping’ on a couple of tracks!! (?!!) **I can’t wait to hear how it turns out!!** ~XO

  8. HoneyRain says:

rapping?? oh goodness no’, ‘i understand and support her wanting to explore other genres of music.. but she’s should definitely leave the rapping to the rappers and the ones who know what they’re doing. maybe she’s just gonna be talking instead of really rapping. I just think rapping is a step way too big for her right now.. the hip-hop thing is already throwing us all enough as it is..

  9. britney4ever says:

yea, maybe she/he meant talking, like she did with ‘Lonely’ (a track of ‘Britney’ album). But if she’s rapping on the new album id love to hear it! its something new for Brit!

I think the title sounds awesome, but I don’t want Britney to go hip hop like everyone else, hip hop kinda…sucks…and its getting old. either way, I bet the album will be awesome and it will sound great I’m sure!! I can’t wait

Ugh, Britney and Hip-hop is a big NO, NO! She’s strictly pop. Wasn’t her last album supposed to be hip-hop? I heard some of the songs off that album and it didn’t sound like it at all. Anyway though I thought she said this album was supposed to have a more rock vibe to it anyway?
