Kevin Clapp of the Press of Atlantic City wrote about the trend of people having their private lives exposed online thanks to sites like Facebook and cell phone cameras at parties. “We take pictures and video of everyone, everywhere,” Clapp writes. “And if you’re young and living the carefree life, these uninhibited moments will likely end up online for all to view. Which is fine if no one ever sees them. But as ‘American Idol’ hopeful, and Point Pleasant native can attest, they’ll always be seen. On the levels of fame, Barba is a firm S-lister elevated to solid D status thanks to the posting on the Internet of compromising photos of her sitting on a toilet and wearing revealing outfits.”
