Bedingfield Returns To New Zealand To Cope With SAD

The Sun reports Daniel Bedingfield has been advised by doctors to take a break in a warmer climate after being diagnosed with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). “I suffer from winter depression. I lack certain substances in my body so I get depressed easier when there is little or no light,” said Bedingfield, who is vacationing in his native New Zealand. “I will be spending Christmas in New Zealand with lots of sun, which will help.”
