‘Access Hollywood’ caught up with Hilary Duff on the set of her new music video for ‘Stranger’. With a bit of the sniffles, Hilary talked about making her new record ‘With Love’, a “scary” crossover as an adult artist, that the album has no references to Nicole Richie since she was done with it before her ex Joel Madden started dating her, and enjoying filming ‘War, Inc.’ in Bulgaria.
